  • You will be given the opportunity to learn in practice in the online classroom, with the guidance of a senior Mentor, at an early stage.

Requirements & Expectations

Requirements

  • You must be a graduate or student from a Russell Group University, who has achieved/is predicted to achieve at least a 2:1. For those who study outside the UK, you should have an equivalent grade from a top university of international repute (e.g. Ivy League for US applicants).
  • We particularly welcome applicants from Oxford and Cambridge Universities. 

Expectations

  • A clear passion for the subject(s) you wish to mentor and the ability to convey this passion.
  • Evidence of interpersonal skills, enabling your Mentees to express their thoughts and ideas in a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Creativity to plan fun activities and consolidate Mentees’ learning in an interactive way.
  • Extra-curricular experiences or achievements can be shared with Mentees to aid their personal development.
  • The ability to work flexibly and remotely.
