Requirements & Expectations
Requirements
You must be a graduate or student from a Russell Group University, who has achieved/is predicted to achieve at least a 2:1. For those who study outside the UK, you should have an equivalent grade from a top university of international repute (e.g. Ivy League for US applicants).
We particularly welcome applicants from Oxford and Cambridge Universities.
Expectations
A clear passion for the subject(s) you wish to mentor and the ability to convey this passion.
Evidence of interpersonal skills, enabling your Mentees to express their thoughts and ideas in a safe and comfortable environment.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Creativity to plan fun activities and consolidate Mentees’ learning in an interactive way.
Extra-curricular experiences or achievements can be shared with Mentees to aid their personal development.
